Manager - Product Development Segment

Responsibilities:
* Responsible to manage, control, and plan product portfolio, formulates and responsible for the product planning and development throughout the product lifecycle to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
o Define and develop strategy and roadmap in order to have a clear product portfolio
o Deliver document requirement and corresponding justification as expected in Development Request Form (DRF) to prioritize developmental process
o Drive a solution set across development teams (primarily technical backend team and business users) to give information about the product specifications it in accordance with market requirement
o Direct a group of product development specialist to fulfill product target
o Plan and prepare product delivery to ensure it comply with product development life cycle methodology
o Drive, direct, and manage group achievement to meet with the target plan as set in Performance Plan (including unit team development)
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree (S1) from IT/Computer Science/Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering background with more than 5-years experience in Technology Domain, specifically in Telco industry
* Broaden understanding of project management, preferably have PM sertification
* Deep understanding in particular area of Telco Products, such as: Marketing, data services, Billing, Core network or transmission
* Deep understanding in Segmented Marketing need and trend
* Deep understanding of product development and management process
Specialist – Operational Risk

Responsibilities:
* Facilitate risk asessment & monitoring activities with risk owners to produce and update risk register of the division/directorate
* Perform Risk Management Analysis and recommendations on operational risk within the company
* Execute and deliver Risk Management assignment to fulfill Business Plan and management request
* Manage and maintain the quality of risk management work to meet the quality and standard prescribed
* Perform and facilitate the development of end-to-end information security management to ensure service continuity
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Engineering,IT.
* Master degree (S2) will be an advantage
* 3-4 years experience in risk management/related field (preferably certified in risk management); Experience with Bank & implementation of Business Continuity Management will be an added advantage
* Good understanding about mobile telecommunication business, e-commerce and B2B management
* Strong capability to gather and analyze information to identify risk, potential impact, and recommendations in mitigating the risk
* High attention to detail
* Good in negotiating and coalition building skill
* Excellent english writing report & communication skills
