Hotel in Bali seeking an experienced and motivated candidate to fill our vacant position as :
General Manager
Bali
Responsibilities:
- To plan, organize, develop, coordinate and administer the entire operations of the Hotel with a view to achieve the best financial result (according to the approved budget), guest comfort, safety and satisfaction, superior professional image of the hotel, a healthy employer-employee relation and a good communication with the Board of Directors
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate in Hotel Management.
- Min 4 year(s) experience at GM or deputy GM level to operate and manage the Four Star Hotel on a day to day basis accountable for the day to day operation.
- Inspire passion and motivate employees to perform well.
- Age min. 40 years old
- Fluent in English both written and oral is an advantages
- Good understanding about Hotel program (Opera)
- Familiar with Ms Office System and Internet
- Strong Service-Excellence mind-set, highly responsible, reliable, honest
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and cope with tight deadlines
- Highly motivated with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bali
