sole agent and automotive manufacturers for Daihatsu cars in Indonesia.
The Company was established in 1992 as a merger results of 3 companies,
namely PT Daihatsu Indonesia, PT Daihatsu Engine Manufacturing Indonesia
and PT National Astra Motor.
PT Astra Daihatsu Motor is a
member of automotive business units of Astra International Group. The
Company headquartered in Jakarta and since 1998 operates 4 factories,
namely steel plate stamping plant, machinery, aluminum casting, and
assembly. In May 2011,
ADM started to build a new plant in
Industrial Estate Suryacipta East Karawang West Java with production
capacity of 100,000 units per year and expected to start the production
at year end of 2012. In 2011,
ADM obtained The Biggest Score Improvement in the Gold Achievement Award from Indonesian Quality Award 2011

- Preferably of age are max. 27 years-old

- Ready to be placed in the Company's plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung.
- Willing to work with day/night shift system
- Computer literate (min. Ms Office).
- Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage.
- Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill.
- Interested in automotive industry
