HSE Officer
Jakarta
Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will ensuring all safety requirement at ship are achieve high standard
• The successful candidate will conducting safety campaign to all crew to ensure safety culture implemented at ship
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Marine) or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Shipping, Safety.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in
Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Management or
Shipping Operation.
Stevedoring Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• To supervise stevedores in their port and ensure that the team’s work
is done safely and to the requirements of the port and its customers
• To maintain heavy equipment of stevedoring and floating crane
• To maintain good relationship with customers
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Marine), Commerce, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Customer Management (shipping Industry), chartering.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Sales / Chartering Supervisor
(Shipping)
Responsibilities:
• Increase revenue through: Develop client database, increase client engagement, conducting sales call
• Manage tender requirement to fulfill client requirement
• To approach potential customers that meets Commercial Division Programs
• To conduct regular sales call and follow up meeting with prospective customer
• To manage quality and consistency of service delivery which is aligned to Company’s IMS and Strategic Plan.
• To participate in long term tender.
• To monitor the operational days
• To provide Chartering Performance Report
• To participate external Events
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Maritime Studies, Law or
equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate
or equivalent. Job role in Sales Support Coordinator or Supervisor/Team
Lead.
