PLANT HR MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* This position will report to HR Director & Plant Manager. The incumbent is responsible to organize, implement and maintain HR roles, policy and regulations. Dealing with surrounding communities will be part of the duty.
Requirements:
* University degree from any major
* Having 5-7 years experience in HR, and current role as HR Manager . Preferably posses mixed multinational experience and local company experience. Experienced in Manufacturing is a must.
* Shows good people skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, matured for his/her age, understand how to approach and deals with local communities/government. A self driven person and result oriented.
* Good command in English both verbal & written
* Willing to be placed in Solok West Sumatera

General Ledger Manager

Responsibilities:
* creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, as well as for creating portions of the financial statements and writing related disclosures
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.
