Quality Improvement
Jakarta Raya - Pulogadung
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deploy continuous improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma and/or appropriate quality management tools, while conforming to our internal Schneider Production System requirements.
- Create strategies to deploy production/ management systems and tools in the work place.
- Plan, design and conduct 5S audits.
- Design and deploy employee suggestion scheme to gather new ideas from employees.
- Prepare, compile, analyze and present quality management reports.
- Motivate and inculcate a quality improvement culture within the work place.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experiences in deploying, training and conduct audits on quality management tools and programs, preferably in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent knowledge and skills.
- Proven experiences in deploying VSM, Kaizen, 5S and employee suggestion programs.
- Strong ability to coach, follow-up and close cases.
- Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, passion for people and good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good written and spoken English.
