Manager - Revenue Assurance Control
Responsibilities
- Manage, Control and develop the revenue assurance process
formalization, policy framework, coverage deepness enhancement and
measurable control to manage risk associated with revenue assurance
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from IT/Engineering/Accounting major ;
- Minimum 7 years experience in Telecommunication Business Operation and in Telco/Billing/Data Analysis/Auditing
- Advanced Knowledge of IT /Telco/ Billing ;Advanced Knowledge of Telco Operators Structure;

Supervisor - Payable Operation
Responsibilities :
- Control all account payable, freight invoice input, and invoices
allocation for subordinate to ensure invoices are accurately inpu
- Supervise and develop subordinate performance to enhance accuracy and efficiency of subordinate work flow
- Monitor register invoice in system to ensure accuracy of invoices filling
- Coordinate with user and vendor to solve account payable problems
- Prepare financial closing checklist to complete account payable financial audit requirement
- Coordinate with related parties to ensure operational issues and problems arising are solved within appropriate time frame
- Assist managers to make business processes separately internal or external support to work more efficiently and effectively
- Analyze and develop all purchase drafting contracts to legalize
company transactions and protect the company business operation legally

Analyst - Contract Formation
Responsibilities
- The jobholder is responsible for handling all contracts requisition
of the Networks directorates for all related Telco Strategic/M
- Involve to any company initiatives as Legal team, such as; Submarine cable sharing project between XL and Indosat, etc.
- Within 2012 Non Networks directorates was requested about 241
contracts, means 1 day 2 contracts request, while C/F SLA for contra
- Provide contracts expert facilities in regards of any contract
performance issue that may raise out upon execution of the contract
- Provide Legal opinion on any contracts performance issue
Requirements
- S1 certificate in Law of reputable university and has worked experiences in procurement contract drafting from Telco/IT
- Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic
environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for
this position.
