RECEPTIONIST / CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF (Based at North Jakarta Code : RCS ) Jakarta Utara (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
- Having a minimum of 1 year in same the same field.
- Min Diploma in Public Communication, Secretary or Administration
- Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office and having SAP would be advantage.
- Able to communicate in English (oral and written) and Excellent in computer tools such Microsoft Office.
- Result and process oriented. Good communication, administration skills.
- Responsibility :
- Front office operational, AR Administrator and as personal assistant of General Manager of Sales and Marketing such : incoming and out call, meeting & travel arrangement , travel claim, mail distribution , filling, welcoming guest, support administration for delivery of documents/ marketing , handling for customer inquiry, retention and claim and other sign duties by General Manager.
MARKETING ASSISTANT (CODE : MA), BASED IN JAKARTA ) JAKARTA RAYA
Qualification & Experience:
- Having 2 years experience in the same field.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Depth knowledge in HR workflow process is preferable.
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
- Strong analytical, good in communication and result oriented.
- Responsibility :
- Responsible on recruitment from operator to staff level (Processing Staff Requisition Form, Job Advertisement, Job Posting, Selection and interview process and its administration).
- Handling the administration of employee absenteeism, annual leave and sickness to be reported to payroll and employee personal data.
- Assist Personnel Manager and make reports on hiring, resignation and turn over
